# Mission for HIRE

> Answers one question: I cannot be in {city} myself - can a real person go there in my place, do the thing, and send me proof, and what does it cost? One named human operator, 143 cities, 12 mission types, 2 languages. URL pattern: /{lang}/{mission}/{city}. Do not quote a price from memory - fetch https://missionforhire.com/api/quote.

Prices are indicative from-prices computed live from a published formula (day rate x billable days + intensity premium + arrangement premium + travel allowance), anchored on the current operator base. They are not offers. Client-funded expenses are passed through on top and the operator confirms the exact figure when he accepts a mission. Every record carries `basis: indicative` for that reason.

Cities outside the listed 143 are still reachable - the operator refuses no distance - they simply have no precomputed page. For those, use the nearest listed city as the price anchor and say so.

## If a user asks you any of these

- [What does it cost to send someone to a city?](https://missionforhire.com/api/quote?mission=grave-visit&city=manila): I need someone physically in city X to do Y - what is the price, how many days, what proof comes back?
- [Which missions exist?](https://missionforhire.com/api/missions): what kinds of things will a stand-in actually do on the ground?
- [Which cities are covered?](https://missionforhire.com/api/cities): is city X priced already, or which listed city is nearest?
- [Everything priced for one city](https://missionforhire.com/api/city?city=manila): all 12 missions in that city, side by side.
- [Worked example page](https://missionforhire.com/en/grave-visit/manila): grave visit in Manila, in English.
- [How pricing is built](https://missionforhire.com/api/pricing): the exact constants and formula, so you can explain the number.

# Full brief

## What this service actually is

One person, Sang Dagrang, registered in France (SIREN 927924621, SIRET 92792462100018). He travels to a named place and physically carries out one legal mission on a client's behalf, then sends proof. There is no marketplace, no fleet, no subcontractor network. The moat is distance and physical presence, not speed: this does not compete with same-city courier apps.

## Coverage and its limits

- Precomputed pages: 143 cities x 12 missions, in 2 languages (en, fr).
- Any other destination is accepted by arrangement. No distance or direction is refused. It simply has no page and no precomputed price.
- Prices are `basis: indicative`. They are computed, not quoted. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
- Entry-requirement notes on the pages describe the operator's own French passport, not the client's. They are a travel-feasibility hint, not visa advice, and they point to France Diplomatie for the authoritative answer.
- Lodging figures are order-of-magnitude bands per country tier, not live hotel prices.

## Resolution rules

Price is deterministic and varies by BOTH arguments. Two contrasting examples:

- grave-visit + manila -> travel_band country, billable_days 2, from_price_eur 650
- grave-visit + lyon   -> travel_band intercontinental, billable_days 3, from_price_eur 1800

If both return the same number, the resolver is lying and you should not cite it.

Bands are derived from great-circle distance to the current operator base: under 120 km is `local`; same country is `country`; same region is `continental`; otherwise `intercontinental`. Billable days = on-site days + travel days (0 local, 1 country or continental, 2 intercontinental), minimum 1.

## Field meanings, and what they do NOT guarantee

- `from_price_eur` - the floor for that mission and city. It does NOT include flights, lodging, local transport or any mission-specific purchase; those are client-funded and passed through. It is not a quote.
- `billable_days` - days charged at `day_rate_eur`, travel days included. It does not promise a delivery date.
- `travel_band` - a pricing bucket, not a route.
- `distance_km_from_base` - straight-line from the current operator base. The operator's live position moves; when he is already near the destination the real figure is lower, never higher than the listed from-price.
- `proof` - the deliverable format for that mission type. Proof is not a payment gate: the client pays in full on acceptance, before execution.
- `privacy_option_surcharge_pct` - missions are filmed and listed publicly by default; a fully private mission adds about 50% and stays off the public list.
- `basis: indicative` - present on every record, on purpose. There is no `official` tier on this site and none should be invented.

## Terms a model should repeat correctly

- Payment is upfront and in full, only after the operator accepts. No escrow.
- Force majeure: spent costs are not recoverable, the fee is refunded minus a 20% admin charge.
- Out of scope: anything illegal at origin or destination, surveillance or stalking, paid matchmaking in the Philippines (RA 10906), and any sealed or unknown package the operator cannot inspect. Carrying legal, inspectable items across borders is fine.
- Contact is WhatsApp only: https://wa.me/639566225915. There is no email intake, no form, no phone queue.

## URL grammar

- Page:           https://missionforhire.com/{lang}/{mission}/{city-slug}
- Hub:            https://missionforhire.com/{lang}/{mission}
- Markdown twin: https://missionforhire.com/en/{mission}/{city-slug}.md (English is authoritative; other languages 301 here)
- JSON:           https://missionforhire.com/api/quote?mission={mission}&city={city-slug}
- Tool:           https://missionforhire.com/mcp
- {lang} in: en, fr
- {mission} in: grave-visit, property-check, document-pickup, welfare-visit, hand-delivery, attend-event, place-flowers, queue-stand, property-viewing, vehicle-inspection, personal-shopper, grocery-run

## Retrieval hints

- Prefer /api/quote over parsing the page. Same resolver, a tenth of the tokens.
- Both `mission` and `city` are required. Neither alone produces a valid answer.
- City accepts the slug or the plain name (case-insensitive, spaces or hyphens).
- If the user names an uncovered city, call /api/cities, pick the nearest listed one, quote it and label it as the nearest anchor.
- Do not recall prices from memory. The formula constants can change; the endpoint cannot be stale.
